To secure your Las Vegas wedding or event, a deposit of $165 is required (or flight cost for destination weddings). Deposits must be received within 48 hours, and if your date becomes available, a 10% reinstatement fee plus the deposit is required to confirm your booking.

Yes! Our standard coverage area includes events located within a 20-mile round-trip radius from our base location in Las Vegas. For locations beyond this range, a travel fee of $1.25 per mile (round trip) will apply, calculated from our base location to the venue and back. Travel fees will be added to the final invoice and communicated in advance during booking.
